TotalSim Ltd is a UK based Computational Fluid Dynamics consultancy. As part of our business services, some of the information we hold may be classified as “personal data” under European Union (EU) law as information relating to an individual. This privacy notice provides the information we are required to give in relation to the processing of personal data under EU law.

Google Adwords Remarketing

This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the our website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

Newsletter We use mailchimp to send out our newsletter to those that have signed up via the form available on our website or Facebook page. We periodically send newsletters via email about our services or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. Of course you are free to opt out of hearing from us at any time and we will only ever send you information if you signed up to receive our newsletter.

All of the information you provide during the application process will only be used for the purpose of progressing your application, or to fulfil legal or regulatory requirements if necessary.

We will not share any of the information you provide during the recruitment process with any third parties for marketing purposes or store any of your information outside of the European Economic Area. The information you provide will be held securely by us and/or our data processors whether the information is in electronic or physical format.

We will use the contact details you provide to us to contact you to progress your application. We will use the other information you provide to assess your suitability for the role you have applied for.
