TotalSim are pleased to announce a new partnership with John Iley of Iley Design.

John has worked in motorsport for 25 years, the last 18 years in Formula One.  With specialisation in aerodynamics and technical management, he has been involved in programmes that have won many races and Drivers/Constructors/Team Championships in F1, Indycar, Sportscars and GT.

In recent years John has been head of aero at Ferrari and McLaren before becoming Technical director at Caterham.

The partnership began as a result of Rob and John meeting at the World Motorsport Symposium back in 2005 and more recently presenting together at Advanced Engineering UK. It soon became apparent that that Iley Design and TotalSim have common goals and could mutually benefit each other.

John’s experience at the highest level of motorsport is irreplaceable whilst TotalSim’s tools and methods provide a solid platform for Iley Design to test ideas and concepts.
