The Support Co-ordinator role is to manage technical requests and issues between our external clients and internal development team. The successful candidate will be self-driven and highly motivated to continually enhance our technical capability and our product/service. Previous experience and knowledge of applying CFD tools to industrial problems is essential. You will be working within a small team, and must have the ability to communicate effectively and maintain our high level of customer service to our external clients. You will be responsible for managing customer support contracts, which includes co-ordinating support requests, training and day to day inquiries.
