CFD Support Co-ordinator

The Support Co-ordinator role is to manage technical requests and issues between our external clients and internal development team. The successful candidate will be self-driven and highly motivated to continually enhance our technical capability and our product/service. Previous experience and knowledge of applying CFD tools to industrial problems is essential. You will be working within a small team, and must have the ability to communicate effectively and maintain our high level of customer service to our external clients. You will be responsible for managing customer support contracts, which includes co-ordinating support requests, training and day to day inquiries.

Linux Systems Administrator

The role of the Linux Systems Administrator is to ensure the highest levels of service and systems uptime through proactive maintenance, focused response to arising issues and the long term planning and implementation of new systems, technologies and  procedures. The Linux Systems Administrator is responsible for the monitoring and satisfactory resolution of the day-to-day technical support operations both internally and externally. The successful candidate will be self-driven and highly motivated to continually enhance our in house systems capability and our product/service level offering. You will be responsible for the day to day smooth running of the I.T for our busy office and you will play a pivotal role in supporting all departments in order to ensure that the office IT systems are run efficiently and effectively.
